Twice a year, TV customers may experience brief interruptions in service due to a natural phenomenon called 'solar satellite interference.' This occurs when the sun passes directly behind satellites transmitting cable signals, including those for USTVNow. During this alignment, solar radiation temporarily disrupts the satellite's signal, causing a short outage. These interruptions are normal and affect all providers during these periods.
