Watching on your TV: Using Apple devices

As you can watch USTVNow on your iPad, iPhone, and iTouch and all of them connect to a TV, you are able to watch USTVNow on your TV by means of these devices.

Apple calls this "Video Mirroring" and it is very easy to set up. Video mirroring does not just turn your Apple device into a big screen, It actually turns the big screen into your Apple device.

Depending on the device you have, you can video mirror through a wired and wireless connection.

Video mirroring with AirPlay and Apple TV

If you have an Apple TV, you can wirelessly stream everything that is on your iPad, or iPhone. It is video mirroring without any cables. All you have to do is click the cast button on the video player and select AirPlay Mirroring to your connected device.

Wired Connection using the Apple 30-pin to HDMI adapter

With the Digital AV Adapter (sold separately at Apple), setup is instant. Everyone sees what is on your display on the big screen. Plugin the Digital AV Adapter (sold separately at the Apple store or website), and it works -just like that. There are no settings to tinker with or configurations to figure out. And the adapter even works with audio. So it is easy to focus on what you are about to show the room. One end plugs into the 30-pin connector on the iPad, the other end plugs into your HDMI cable. And the cable plugs into your HDTV, projector, or other HDMI-friendly screens you use. There is also a second 30-pin connector to a USB cable so you can charge your iPad. You will never have to worry about running out of power in the middle of your presentation or movie. Some older Apple products may require you to download a special application and follow specific instructions.

Note: Roku users are also able to AirPlay from an Apple device to the Roku. See complete instructions HERE and also the compatible models.
